The original part two storey house was retained in large to preserve floor space and existing boundary setbacks.

A new third storey was added to provide a self contained parents quarters including sitting room and home office, large roof terrace which takes advantage of views to the water and also provides for a roof top garden.

New open plan living areas and external decks provide space for contemporary living and entertainment.

Large roof overhangs provide shade to the living areas on both ground and lower ground floors. Outdoor decks are shaded by a pergola with retractable shadecoth underneath.

The lower floor is clad with stone to provide a robust base and external wall rendered finishes unify the old and new parts of the dwelling. Roofs are tiled in the traditional manner complementing the adjoining dwellings.

The interior of the existing house is completely renovated with new flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, lighting, kitchens and bathrooms.
